Donkeys are not stubborn, but cannot be forced to do anything. They are pony-sized representatives of the horse family and can have a shoulder height of up to 1.60 m. Originally, they served as load carriers and were used for pulling carts. Due to their trusting nature, donkeys are becoming increasingly important in animal-assisted therapy and pedagogy, due to their trusting nature. Unlike horses, donkeys are no flight animals, but remain rigid when stressed, unless they are being attacked. This is why they are thought to be stubborn or stupid. On the contrary, donkeys are very intelligent and careful, they check very closely where they are going.
